What data we process

Browsing data: when you visit the site, the hosting server automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of the request. These data are used only to operate the site and keep it secure.

Data you send us: if you write to us by email, we process your address and the information in your message to reply.

Purposes and legal basis

Operating and protecting the site: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Answering your requests: steps taken at your request and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Cookies and local storage

The site does not use profiling cookies, analytics or third-party cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

Your browser stores only two technical preferences: the language you choose with the flags and your answer to the cookie banner. They never leave your device and you can delete them at any time from your browser settings or with the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Technical storage of this kind does not require consent. We still ask for your choice to be transparent.

Retention

Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for the time strictly necessary for security. Emails are kept for the time needed to handle your request.

Who receives the data

Our hosting and email providers, acting as data processors. We do not sell data and do not share it for marketing.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing (Art. 15 to 22 GDPR) by writing to info@imdea.it.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
